My heart is for your wellness. Body, mind, and spirit. I actually have a hard time putting into words all that I feel this studio can provide. Why do I do therapeutic massage? I know there is a possiblity for a life with less pain, more mobility and greater performance. Physical pain and emotional pain can block the hope we have for a future. If I can facilitate in helping you release tension, teach you to see the pattern of tension in your body and help you to breathe....YOU WIN!!!

A Restorative Touch offers therapeutic massage to facilitate relaxation and increased flexibility. Using different modalities that include Swedish, Myofascial release, Sports, and Deep tissue along with Reiki, which is a hands on energy art.
